Yes, I saw that warning. I also continue to see my order's status on your website as "received." Apparently, no attempt has even been made to ship it, and I have never received any email telling me the item was restricted, could not be shipped, etc.
Nor have I received any responses to the FOUR emails I have send directly to you people. So, in short, your customer service sucks.

Excuses are al this company has. Communication skills are as foreign as their ignored orders.
Any items that have shipping restrictions have notices posted in the warning section on the individual product pages. During the checkout process there is a notice posted indicating if the item has any international shipping restrictions.
There is an additional email notice sent with the order received email if the item is restricted. No funds are collected if the order cannot be processed due to shipping restrictions.
